About ACC-SEC Alumni Golf Tournament The combined leadership of local Middle Tennessee ACC & SEC alumni organizations formed a leadership council for the purpose of staging an annual alumni golf tournament. The funds generated by this event will benefit a worthwhile Middle Tennessee community organization. Short History: 2007 - Inaugural event was conceived, planned and hosted in only 8 weeks; over $13,000 was donated to Nashville Habitat for Humanity. 2008 - Event date: Monday, Oct. 13th @ Hermitage Golf Course. This year the executive leadership committee interviewed several Middle Tennessee community groups and decided to award the funds generated by the 2008 event to the following deserving organization: CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates (for children) 601 Woodland Street Nashville, TN 37206 www.casa-nashville.org
